How To Get Involved

Seniors--you can make a gift to the Senior Class Gift by pledging all or a portion of the balance of your general deposit. All students pay a general deposit fee when they enter the University. This fee is used for emergency expenses and is returned to the student upon graduation. Seniors can pledge all or a portion of the balance of the general deposit to the class gift or another designation (college, campus, program).

Who is a Senior?

If you graduate in May 2008, August 2008, or December 2008, you are a member of the senior class and can pledge your pride to the Senior Class Gift.

The Golden Lion Society

All seniors who make a gift to the Senior Class Gift Campaign automatically become members of the prestigious Golden Lion Society. Golden Lion Society members represent a special breed of Penn State alumni--those who have contributed to the University each year since graduation. By making a gift, you become one of the alumni who can claim Golden Lion Society status.
